Foreign-funded enterprises shall submit the following documents:

1. Approval documents issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau for the establishment of the enterprise;

2. Valid photocopy of the duplicate copy of the Business License issued by the Industry and Commerce Bureau;

3. Photocopy of the Approval Certificate issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau;

4. Photocopy of the legal person code certificate;

5. Feasibility Study Report, the duplicate copies of the contract, agreement and the by-laws of the enterprise;

6. ID cards, passports or other legitimate personal identification certificates of the legal representative, financial controller and the person dealing with tax formalities;

7. The certificate of property right or the premise lease contract;

8. Certificate of bank account;

9. Forms to be filled out: Taxation Registration Form for Foreign-funded Enterprise (in duplicate).
