Foreign investment enterprises shall submit the following documents:

1. Valid photocopy of the duplicate copy of the Business License;

2. Photocopy of the unified code certificate;

3. Photocopy of the Approval Certificate issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau;

4. Approval documents for the establishment of the enterprise issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau;

5. Feasibility Study Report, the duplicate copies of the contract, agreement and the by-laws of the enterprise;

6. Certificate of bank account;

7. ID cards, passports or other legitimate personal identification certificates of the legal representative, financial controller and the person dealing with tax formalities;

8. Premise lease contract or certificate of property right (enterprises without the certificate of property right by far may submit the photocopies of the contract or agreement signed to purchase a premise);

9. Forms to be filled out: Taxation Registration Form for Foreign-funded Enterprises (in triplicate); Tax Category Registration Form for Taxpayers, Registration Form for Expatriates, and Information Sheet of Real Estate-related Taxes (in duplicate).
