Foreign-funded enterprises shall provide the following documents to obtain the Foreign Exchange Registration Certificate

1. Written Application (providing basic information about the enterprise);

2. Photocopy of the Business License (together with the original copy);

3. Photocopies of approval certificate and other approval documents for the establishment of the enterprise issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau (together with their original copies);

4. Photocopies of contracts and by-laws of the foreign-funded enterprise which have been ratified by relevant authorities (and their original copies);

5. Photocopy of the Legal Person Code Certificate (together with the original copy);

6. Other supplementary documents as required accordingly;

7. Fill out the Registration Form of Basic Information of the foreign-funded enterprise.

Foreign-funded enterprises shall submit the following documents to open a capital account:

1. Written application (including basic information of the enterprise, the reason and the name of the bank with which to open the account);

2. The original copy of the Foreign Exchange Registration Form (returned to the applicant after examination);

3. Other supplementary documents as required accordingly.
