Foreign-funded enterprises shall provide the following documents in order to obtain their seals:

1. Valid photocopies of the Business License issued by Xiamen Industry & Commerce Bureau (with permission to engrave the seal);

2. Photocopies of the Approval Certificate issued by the Foreign Investment Bureau;

3. Fill out the Application for Engraving the official seal.

Note: Enterprises located in Xiamen Island proper can apply for the seal-making approval by submitting the above documents to Xiamen Municipal Public Security Bureau. Enterprises outside Xiamen Island proper can apply directly to the local Public Security Bureau in Xinglin, Jimei, Tong'an, and Haicang respectively.
